GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the processing and protection of personal data obtained from Users when using websitesoperating at the following Internet address: www.filmprodukcja.com (hereinafter referred to as the: “Website”), provided by Film Produkcja Spółka z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00 – 718), ul. Czerniakowska 73/79, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000271194, NIP: 521-341-61-87, REGON: 140762684 (hereinafter referred to as the: “Company”)
User within the meaning of the Privacy Policy shall mean a natural person using the Website. By using the Website the User agrees to the terms and conditions described in this Privacy Policy.
Personal data in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (“Regulation”), the Company hereby informs that it is the controller of personal data provided by the User in connection with or during the use of the Website. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Regulation, and in cases required by its content, with the User’s consent.
The Company processes Users’ personal data when they use or interact with the Website. Personal data is information about an identified or identifiable natural person, i.e. one who can be identified directly or indirectly on the basis of an identifier such as name and surname, identification number, location data, or internet identifier.
The Company takes due care to process only the personal data necessary for the purpose of the processing and to ensure its security. The Company processes the data of both registered Users of the Website and visitors to the Website who use the Website without providing identification data.

In cases where it is possible to combine the above-mentioned data with other data enabling the identification of a specific natural person, the legal basis for the processing of personal data thus obtained by the Company is Article 6.1.f. of the Regulation – the Company’s legitimate interest, which is to enable Users to access and use the Website. The processing of this data is also in the interest of the User, as it allows the User to use the Website.

The Company stores Users’ personal data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected. After this time, the data is deleted or anonymised in such a way that it is not possible to establish the User’s identity.
Entrusting the User’s personal data or other data referred to in the Privacy Policy may take place on the basis of a written agreement concluded in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation towards entities providing services to the Company, e.g. hosting, administration, maintenance and management of the Website.
Subject to the above provisions, the collected personal data will not be disclosed to any other persons or institutions, unless it is required by applicable law or it is necessary for the purpose of the processing of personal data and an appropriate agreement is concluded to guarantee the protection of the User’s rights and privacy.
The User has the right of access to the content of personal data and the right to request completion, updating, portability, restriction of processing, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of its processing or its erasure, if it is incomplete, outdated, untrue or has been collected in violation of the law or is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.
The Company allows the User to erase their personal data from the data set upon the User’s request or pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation. The Company may refuse to erase personal data if the User has violated the terms and conditions of the Website, as long as they apply to the User, or the applicable law, and the retention of personal data is necessary to examine the circumstances of the violation and to determine the User’s liability. If the User posts any personal data of other persons on the Website (including their name and surname or e-mail address), they can do so only on condition that they do not violate applicable law and personal rights of such persons.
In all matters related to the processing of the User’s personal data and the application and implementation of this Privacy Policy, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection
In order to protect the User’s personal data from being made available to unauthorised persons, taken by an unauthorised person, processed in violation of applicable laws and from being altered, lost, damaged or destroyed, technical and organisational measures are applied to ensure the protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of data under protection. In particular, the Company uses technical measures to prevent data from being obtained or modified by unauthorised persons. The data provided by the User at the time of filling in and submitting web forms is encrypted by the use of SSL certificates.
